Ingredients

  • 3 slices bread, sides trimmed
  • 3 tsp - Butter
  • 1/4 cup - ricotta or Cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup - grated Carrot
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp - finely chopped Parsley
  • 2 tbsp - Pecan nuts, finely chopped
  • black pepper

How to Make Cheese Rolls

  • Flatten bread slightly with rolling pin and spread butter on the slices.
  • Combine all remaining ingredients in a bowl and spread on the bread leaving the edges.
  • Roll up tightly.
  • Cut at an angle into 2 or 3 pieces each, trimming the ends.
  • Cover and refrigerate until required to serve.
