Ingredients

  • 1 cup - sooji (semolina)
  • 1 cup - chopped Onion
  • 1/2 cup - grated cheese
  • 1/2 tea cup - chopped green Capsicum
  • 1 tbsp. - chopped Green chillies
  • 1tbsp. - cabbage, shredded
  • 1 tbsp. - Butter
  • 1 cup - Cottage cheese
  • 1 tsp - salt
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • oil to fry
  • How to Make Cheese semolina patties:

    1. Heat butter, add onions and sooji. Fry till pink. Remove and cool.
    2. Mix water to make a batter. Keep for 30 mins. Add cheese, capsicum, salt, red chilli powder, cabbage, green chillies and make a dough.
    3. Heat oil, with oily hands, slide in the patties and fry on both sides over low heat.
    4. Serve with sauce.
