Ingredients

  • 4 tbsp - butter
  • 4 tbsp - refined flour
  • 1 cup - milk
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 250 g - grated cheese
  • 4 - egg yolks,beaten
  • 4 - egg whites, beaten till stiff
  • 1/2 tsp - salt

How to Make Cheese Souffle for kids

  • Melt the butter on a low flame, add the flour and blend well.
  • Add the milk slowly and stir constantly till the sauce is thick and smooth.
  • Add the grated cheese and salt.
  • Gradually add the egg yolks and mix well.
  • Remove from fire and fold in the egg whites.
  • Pour into a souffle dish and bake in a moderate oven at 240 degrees C for 30 mins
