Ingredients

  • 1 bunch - Spinach
  • 50 g - Cauliflower
  • 50 g - grated cheese
  • 1 tsp -crushed Garlic
  • Salt
  • 250 g - Wheat flour
  • Oil
  • How to Make Cheese Spinach Paratha:

    1. For stuffing:
    2. Wash and chop the spinach.
    3. Heat 1/2 tsp of oil in a pan, fry chopped garlic.
    4. Add the spinach and chopped cauliflower.
    5. Stir fry the vegetables and keep aside.
    6. Add grated cheese and a pinch of salt to the vegetables.
    7. For paratha:
    8. Knead the wheat flour and make small balls.
    9. Take 1 ball, stuff the spinach mixture and roll out into parathas.
    10. Cook on both sides, with a little oil.
    11. Enjoy the paratha with curd.
