How to Make Cheese Stuffed Cutlets

  • Boil, peel and mash potatoes.
  • Add chillies, coriander seeds, ginger and salt.
  • Soak bread slices in water for 5 minutes.
  • Squeeze out water and crumble over potatoes.
  • Knead to a soft dough.
  • Divide into 6 pieces.
  • Flatten each with hand into a round.
  • Place some cheese in centre of each round. Seal edges.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till golden brown.
