  • 3 cups - boiled macaroni
  • 1.5 cups - grated cheese
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 cup - milk
  • A dash - tabasco or tomato-chilli sauce
  • A dash - worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • 1 - tomato (large, sliced) (optional)
  • salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Cheesy Baked Macaroni

  • Take one cup of boiled macaroni and place it like a layer in a microwave-safe, flat-bottomed dish.
  • Top with a layer of grated cheese.
  • Repeat with the remaining layers of macaroni and cheese, ending with the cheese on top.
  • Lightly beat the eggs in milk, add a dash of tobacco sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
  • Pour it evenly over the macaroni.
  • If you are using tomato slices, spread them evenly over the macaroni.
  • Cook covered, at 80 per cent power for 8 minutes or till the cheese is bubbling.
  • Serve hot.
