Ingredients

  • 4 - buns
  • 4 - tomato slices
  • 4 - cheddar cheese slices
  • For Burger patties:
  • 500 g - minced meat
  • 1/2 cup - crumbled cottage cheese (make 4 portions)
  • 1 - egg
  • 2 - spring onions, chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • 1/4 tsp - black pepper powder
  • Salt - to taste
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs

How to Make Cheesy Burgers

  • Mix all the ingredients under burger patties except cottage cheese.
  • Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.
  • Make flat rounds of the portions.
  • Place each portion of cottage cheese on the flat rounds.
  • Wrap the meat around the cheese and make patties.
  • Grill the patties for 10 minutes, turning once.
  • Place a cheese slice over each patty.
  • Grill again for 1 minute till cheese melts.
  • Toast the buns and split open.
  • Place the cheesy patty in it and top with tomato slices.
  • Serve hot with ketchup and French Fries.
