Ingredients

  • 3 slices of day old white or brown bread.
  • 1 tbsp- grated cheese
  • 1 tsp - sesame or poppy seeds
  • salt to taste

How to Make Cheesy Fingers

  • Mix seeds, salt and cheese.
  • Cut bread slices into thin cubical cylinders.
  • Roll each in cheese mixture.
  • Arrange on a non-stick or lightly greased baking sheet.
  • Bake in a hot over at 160C for 5 minutes or till crisp.
  • Serve hot with any soup not having too many chunky vegetables
