Ingredients

  • 6 - large Potatoes
  • 1 - large onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - chopped Mint
  • 3 tbsp - grated cheese
  • 1 tbsp - chopped Celery
  • How to Make Cheesy Potato Bake:

    1. Wash and boil the potatoes until soft. Peel and mash well.
    2. Heat butter in a pan and lightly fry the onions for about 10 minutes.
    3. Remove from heat and add the mashed potatoes. Mix in pepper powder, salt, and chopped mint.
    4. Transfer to a buttered oven-safe dish and sprinkle grated cheese and celery on top.
    5. Bake in a moderate oven (355 degrees Fahrenheit) for 20 minutes until the cheese melts and turns light golden brown.
    6. Serve with mince and toast.
