Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - doodhi, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - beans, chopped
  • 1 - big Onion
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup - Pasta
  • 1/2 cup - Cheese
  • Butter as needed
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • Some Basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper
  • How to Make Cheesy Veg Pasta:

    1. Boil the pasta till it is soft and run under cold water so that it separates.
    2. Cut all the vegetables, onion and tomato and keep it aside.
    3. Pressure cook all of them together.
    4. Make a puree of all the pressure cooked vegetables.
    5. Now heat butter in a wok.
    6. Add garlic paste and make it brown.
    7. Now add the puree and tomato sauce.
    8. Let it cook till it leaves the oil.
    9. Add the boiled pasta, salt, pepper and basil leaves.
    10. After two minutes take it out in a pan.
    11. Sprinkle grated cheese and serve hot.
