Ingredients

  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - doodhi, chopped
  • 1/2 cup - beans, chopped
  • 1 - big Onion
  • 3 medium Tomatoes
  • 2 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 cup - Pasta
  • 1/2 cup - Cheese
  • Butter as needed
  • 2 tsp - Garlic paste
  • Some Basil leaves
  • Salt and pepper

How to Make Cheesy Veg Pasta

  • Boil the pasta till it is soft and run under cold water so that it separates.
  • Cut all the vegetables, onion and tomato and keep it aside.
  • Pressure cook all of them together.
  • Make a puree of all the pressure cooked vegetables.
  • Now heat butter in a wok.
  • Add garlic paste and make it brown.
  • Now add the puree and tomato sauce.
  • Let it cook till it leaves the oil.
  • Add the boiled pasta, salt, pepper and basil leaves.
  • After two minutes take it out in a pan.
  • Sprinkle grated cheese and serve hot.
