  • 2lbs - part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 3 tbsp - sooji
  • 13 to 15 tbsp - Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp - vanilla essence
  • 1 cup - water
  • How to Make Chenna Poda:

    1. Pour all the ingredients in a container and mix well using a spoon or a hand blender.
    2. Transfer the batter into a baking dish, leaving about 1-inch from top empty.
    3. Preheat the oven at 350 F and bake it for 45 to 50 minutes till the top turns to light brown.
    4. Cool it after taking it out from the oven; then cut into pieces like a cake and serve.
