Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - canned and creamed Corn
  • 5 cups - Chicken stock
  • 1 egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 1/2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp - boiled and shredded Chicken
  • 1 tbsp - parsley, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp - ajinomoto
  • Salt and pepper to taste

How to Make Chicken & Sweet Corn Soup

  • Mix corn flour with 6 tbsps. water to a smooth mixture.
  • Bring stock to boiling, add chicken and corn and allow it to simmer for 7 mins. Add corn flour, salt, pepper and ajinomoto and cook till the soup thickens slightly.
  • Now add the egg through a sieve to create threadlike shreds.
  • Serve hot after decorating it with parsley.
