How to Make Chicken and Curry Leaves Curry

  • Finely grind ginger, garlic, coriander and half of the curry leaves.
  • Heat cooker, pour oil and add cinnamon, red chillies and cloves and saute.
  • Add onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Add the remaining curry leaves, tomatoes and the ground paste and saute.
  • Add garam masala, chicken masala, turmeric powder and stir well.
  • Add cut chicken pieces, stir for 3 minutes.
  • Add water, salt and split green chillies.
  • Pressure cook for 15 min on high flame, simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Open cook for 10 minutes, stir well and serve.
