Ingredients

  • 2 cups - minced chicken, cooked
  • 1 tsp - Coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp - pepper or chilli powder
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 - egg, beaten
  • 1 tbsp - Milk
  • 1 tsp - green chillies, minced
  • To taste - oil and salt
  • How to Make Chicken and Egg Savoury:

    1. Line 4 small muffin pans with greaseproof paper. Brush a little oil on each.
    2. Mix chicken, egg, milk, chillies, coriander leaves, salt and pepper.
    3. Divide mixture equally, among the muffin pans and press down well.
    4. Make a hollow in the centre of chicken mixture.
    5. Break one egg carefully, into each hollow.
    6. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 350 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes, till the eggs are set.
    7. Remove carefully and serve with toast.
