Ingredients

  • 1 cup - boiled and shredded boneless Chicken
  • 100 grams - Ham
  • 1 tsp - Mint powder
  • 2 tbsp - bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - Butter
  • 1/2 cup - Milk
  • 2 tbsp - flour

How to Make Chicken And Ham Bake

  • Heat the butter in a pan and saute the chopped garlic for 5 minutes.
  • Add the chicken, pepper, salt, mint powder and vinegar and cook for 10 minutes on low heat. Add the ham and mix well.
  • Mix the flour and milk together in a cup till smooth.
  • Add to the chicken and ham and mix well.
  • Transfer to a baking dish and sprinkle the breadcrumbs on top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes in a moderate oven (355 degrees).
  • Serve with toast and mashed potatoes.
