Ingredients

  • Boneless Chicken strips - 500 g
  • Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Chopped Garlic - 1 tbsp
  • Oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • Lime juice - 2 tbsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 5 tbsp
  • Green Capsicum - 1/2 cup, cut into thin strips
  • Red Capsicum - 1/2 cup, cut into thin strips
  • Yellow Capsicum - 1/2 cup, cut into thin strips
  • Onion - 1/2 cup, sliced
  • White pepper powder to taste
  • Salt to taste

How to Make Chicken and Mixed Bell Peppers Stir Fry

  • Marinate the chicken in all the ingredients from chilli powder to Worcestershire sauce and 3 tbsp of oil for 4 hrs (or over night in fridge).
  • Heat a nonstick pan with oil and saute the chopped onions for a 1 minute and then add the chopped green, yellow and red capsicum and saute for a few minutes.
  • Add salt and white pepper as required. Now add the marinated chicken and cook till done. Serve.
