  • 1/2 kg boneless Chicken
  • 2.5 tsp Maida
  • 5 tbsp Corn flour
  • 1 Egg
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • A pinch of ajinomoto
  • A few drops of red color
  • Oil for frying
  • For sauce:
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 4 Green chillies
  • 2 tsp soya sauce
  • 2 tsp white Vinegar
  • 1.5 tbsp chilli sauce
  • a pinch of ajinomoto
  • few drops of red color
  • How to Make Chicken Chilli Curry:

    1. Wash and cut chicken into small pieces.
    2. Mix flour, corn flour, salt, pepper, and ajinomoto.
    3. Beat the egg and add to the flour mixture. Blend well, till there are no lumps.
    4. Add the red colour and put the chicken pieces into the mixture and marinate for 15 minutes.
    5. Then deep fry in hot oil till done.
    6. For the sauce:
    7. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
    8. When the oil heats up, add ginger-garlic paste and green chillies finely cut.
    9. Saute for a couple of minutes.
    10. Now add the sauces, vinegar, ajinomoto and red colour.
    11. Cook the sauce for a few minutes on a low flame.
    12. Add the chicken pieces. Cook on low flame till the sauce completely coats the chicken pieces.
