  • 2 - Chicken breasts
  • 1 Chicken for stock
  • 2cm piece - Ginger
  • 1 small tin - Cream style sweet Corn
  • 1.5 tsp - ajinomoto
  • 1 tsp - sherry or brandy
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour for thickening
  • 1 - egg, well beaten
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic juice
  • few drops of Lime juice
  • For serving :
  • soy sauce
  • chilli sauce
  • chopped green chillies, soaked in Vinegar
  • How to Make Chicken Corn Soup with brandy:

    1. Boil chicken with ginger.
    2. Add sweet corn, brandy, and ajinomoto to stock and simmer.
    3. Add shredded chicken with a little corn flour.
    4. Add garlic juice and a well-beaten egg.
    5. Garnish with chicken pieces and a few drops of lemon.
    6. Serve hot with soya sauce, chilli sauce, and chopped green chillies soaked in vinegar.
