  • Bread- 6 slices
  • 300g - Chicken
  • 1 - Onion, big sized -chopped into small pieces
  • 1 - Tomato, big sized - chopped into small pieces
  • 1 - Capsicum, medium sized chopped into small pieces
  • 1 - Boiled Corn cob
  • 1 Clove - garlic, crushed
  • 1 tsp - dry Oregano powder
  • 2-3 - Green chillies
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Chicken corn stuffed sandwich:

    1. Boil chicken for 15 minutes till it softens.
    2. Mash it with a spatula and keep aside.
    3. Boil corn in a pan till it softens.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and saute the onions, tomatoes and capsicum in it.
    5. Add the crushed garlic and chopped green chillies to it.
    6. Add salt and the boiled corn also. Mix well
    7. Take off the fire and allow the mixture to cool.
    8. Take a slice of bread and spread the chicken stuffing on it.
    9. Now sprinkle it with the oregano powder.
    10. Cover this with another bread slice
    11. Use a brush to apply oil on both sides
    12. Toast this in a sandwich maker for 5 minutes.
