How to Make Chicken Daliya

  • Soak lapsi overnight in water. Boil lapsi till it soft. Then grind and boil.
  • Fry onions in oil till it becomes pink.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste, chicken cube, garam masala powder and pepper powder.
  • Stir well. Cook it till the raw smell goe.s
  • Then add chicken and water and cook well.
  • After chicken is cooked, remove the chicken and keep aside and add coconut powder into gravy.
  • Cook it till the raw smell goes and add the shredded chicken back.
  • Cook it for 10 to 15 mins.
  • Then add garlic baghar and coriander leaves.
