How to Make Chicken Drumsticks

  • Wash the chicken drumsticks well and make 3 or 4 deep gashes on them.
  • Apply lemon juice on them and keep aside for 10 minutes.
  • Mix together the ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, yogurt, green chillies, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt and a pinch of orange food colour and rub well into the chicken drumsticks.
  • Set aside for 1 hour.
  • Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the drumsticks till tender and brown all over.
  • Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
