Wash the chicken drumsticks well and make 3 or 4 deep gashes on them.
Apply lemon juice on them and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Mix together the ginger garlic paste, chopped coriander leaves, yogurt, green chillies, garam masala powder, red chilli powder, salt and a pinch of orange food colour and rub well into the chicken drumsticks.
Set aside for 1 hour.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the drumsticks till tender and brown all over.
Serve with onion rings and lemon wedges.
