  • 1/2 kg - chicken, cut into small pieces (marinated with 1 tsp of salt and 1 tsp of Garlic paste)
  • 1 cup - Tomato sauce
  • oil for frying
  • 4 - whole Red Chillies
  • 1 - medium onion, chopped
  • a pinch of ajinomoto
  • How to Make Chicken in Garlic and Tomato Sauce:

    1. Take 1 tbsp of oil in non-stick kadhai. Fry the chopped onions and whole red chillies until pink.
    2. Add the marinated chicken and fry for 5-10 minutes.
    3. Add tomato sauce and cook on slow flame, covered with a lid.
    4. Add a pinch of ajinomoto and simmer for some time
    5. Garnish with chopped spring onions and coriander leaves. Serve with noodles, rice or chapathi.
