  • 1 cup - chicken, boiled and shredded
  • 3 - medium sized potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • 1 cup - Corn niblets, cooked
  • 1/4 cup - cheese
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tsp - chaat masala
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • How to Make Chicken Loaf:

    1. Boil the chicken with salt and pepper.
    2. Once cooked, shred it.
    3. Boil the potatoes with a little salt.
    4. Once cooked, mash the potatoes with butter and chaat masala.
    5. Boil the corn niblets till cooked.
    6. Knead the chicken, potatoes, corn and, cheese well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
    7. Roll the "chicken dough" into the shape of a loaf of bread. Cover tightly with a plastic wrap and refrigerate for atleast 2 hours. Bake in oven at 300 C for 20 mins.
    8. For the best taste warm the chicken Loaf before serving. Slice the loaf and serve.
