  • 12 pieces - Chicken wings
  • For Marination:
  • 2 tbsp - Red Chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - cornflour
  • 1 - Egg
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry
  • How to Make Chicken Lollypop:

    1. Dress the chicken wings to remove the small bone.
    2. Accumulate all the flesh on the wings to the bottom.
    3. The bone remains as a stick in the lollypop.
    4. Marinate the chicken wings with the above ingredients.
    5. Keep aside for half an hour.
    6. Heat oil to a medium hot.
    7. Deep fry the lollypops for 5 mins
    8. Remove and keep aside.
    9. For serving, heat oil.
    10. Deep fry again to crisp brown colour.
    11. This helps in keeping the lollypops crisp for a long time.
