Ingredients

  • 12 pieces - Chicken wings
  • For Marination:
  • 2 tbsp - Red Chilli paste
  • 2 tbsp - Garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp - cornflour
  • 1 - Egg
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make

  • Dress the chicken wings to remove the small bone.
  • Accumulate all the flesh on the wings to the bottom.
  • The bone remains as a stick in the lollypop.
  • Marinate the chicken wings with the above ingredients.
  • Keep aside for half an hour.
  • Heat oil to a medium hot.
  • Deep fry the lollypops for 5 mins
  • Remove and keep aside.
  • For serving, heat oil.
  • Deep fry again to crisp brown colour.
  • This helps in keeping the lollypops crisp for a long time.
