  • 450 gms - boneless Chicken
  • 4 - eggs, beaten
  • 1 - large onion, chopped
  • 2 tbsp - Tomato sauce
  • 2 tsp - ground black pepper
  • 1 cup - grated cheese (optional)
  • 1 tsp - hot chilli powder
  • 1/2 cup - coriander leaves, chopped
  • 1 tbsp - vegetable oil
  • How to Make Chicken Meat Loaf:

    1. Add all of the ingredients together. Put it in a food processor and make a thick paste.
    2. Do not add water.
    3. We are going to make a bread out of this paste.
    4. Preheat oven to 400 degree F.
    5. Oil a loaf pan generously, but not too much, and put the chicken paste in it.
    6. Bake in the oven for approximately 35 - 40 minutes.
    7. After it's Bake properly, take it out of the oven.
    8. Take the chicken meat loaf out of the baking pan, be careful not to break it.
    9. Now cut it into thick slices like bread and serve it hot with your favourite chutney.
