Ingredients

  • 1 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1 tsp - Garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1 - Egg
  • 25 ml -milk
  • 250 g - boneless chicken, cubed
  • Salt to taste.

How to Make Chicken Nuggets

  • Combine bread crumbs, garlic powder and chilli powder in a bowl.
  • In another bowl, combine milk, salt and egg.
  • Marinate the chicken pieces in the egg mixture for 10-15 mins.
  • Remove the chicken pieces and toss them in bread crumb mixture. Coat heavily.
  • Deep fry in hot oil, drain and serve them on a bed of salad, with a tomato ketchup.
