Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken breast, boiled with salt and pepper and shredded
  • 2 - medium sized potatoes, boiled and mashed with salt and Turmeric powder
  • 2 - onions, finely chopped
  • 6-7 - green chillies, chopped
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup - Egg white
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Chicken Potato Cutlet

  • Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and green chilli till the onions turn pink.
  • Remove from flame and mix this with shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper powder, garam masala into a paste.
  • Divide the mixture into lemon-sized balls and press into discs.
  • Dip in egg white and then roll in bread crumbs.
  • Deep fry in hot oil till the cutlets are golden and crisp.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
