  • 1/2 kg - Chicken breast, boiled with salt and pepper and shredded
  • 2 - medium sized potatoes, boiled and mashed with salt and Turmeric powder
  • 2 - onions, finely chopped
  • 6-7 - green chillies, chopped
  • Pepper powder to taste
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Bread crumbs
  • 1 cup - Egg white
  • Oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Chicken Potato Cutlet:

    1. Heat oil in a pan. Saute onion and green chilli till the onions turn pink.
    2. Remove from flame and mix this with shredded chicken, mashed potatoes, coriander leaves, pepper powder, garam masala into a paste.
    3. Divide the mixture into lemon-sized balls and press into discs.
    4. Dip in egg white and then roll in bread crumbs.
    5. Deep fry in hot oil till the cutlets are golden and crisp.
    6. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
