Ingredients

  • 1 - chicken, cut into medium or small pieces
  • 3 - green chillies, chopped
  • 1" piece - ginger, finely chopped
  • 5 - Garlic pods, chopped roughly
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric
  • 3 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • a few Cilantro leaves, chopped

How to Make Chicken Presto

  • Marinate the washed chicken pieces with a mixture of soya sauce, garlic, ginger, turmeric and green chillies for at least 10 minutes.
  • Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a non-stick pan. Add the mustard seeds. Once they sputter, add the chicken with the marinade.
  • Cover the pan and keep stirring the chicken every 2 minutes on low heat until it turns brown.
  • When the chicken is done, add the chopped cilantro leaves.
