Ingredients

  • 1kg - chicken
  • 1/2 cup curd
  • 1/2 cup oil
  • 1 tbsp chilli powder
  • 3 onions
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp coriander powder
  • few curry leaves
  • Grind-
  • 2" ginger
  • 2 pods garlic
  • Few pieces- cloves and cinnamon
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp saunf (aniseed)

How to Make Chicken Roast with Masala

  • Cook the chicken pieces with the ground masala, curd, and tomatoes, and keep aside. Heat oil, and fry sliced onions and curry leaves.
  • When light brown, add the coriander powder and chilli powder.
  • Fry for some time. Then add the cooked chicken and fry.
