Ingredients

  • 10 slices - sandwich bread
  • 50 g - Butter
  • 5 tbsp - mayonnaise
  • 1 cup - cooked shredded Chicken
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 cup - chopped Cucumber
  • 1 Capsicum chopped
  • 1 Onion chopped
  • 2 Green chillies chopped
  • 2 tsp - lime/lemon juice

How to Make Chicken Salad Sandwich

  • Spread each slice bread with a thin layer of butter on one side only.
  • Combine all the other ingredients together.
  • Spoon the salad mixture on 5 slices of the buttered bread.
  • Top with the other 5 buttered slices.
  • Remove the crusts and slice each diagonally.
