Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken, cut into medium size pieces
  • 2 - onions, chopped thick
  • 2 - tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 - Bay Leaf
  • 1 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 1 tsp - chopped Mint leaves

How to Make Chicken Soup for Soup lovers

  • Place all the above ingredients in a suitable vessel or pot with 8 to 10 cups of water and bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for about 1 hour till the chicken is soft and tender and the soup thickens.
  • Serve with steamed rice or bread.
