Ingredients

  • 4 - skinless, boneless Chicken breast halves, cooked
  • 200 g - package spaghetti
  • 1 - onion, chopped
  • 6 stalks - celery, chopped
  • 1 - large red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 cup - vegetable oil
  • 2 cans - condensed Cream of Mushroom soup
  • 50 g - chopped black Olives
  • 100 g - sliced Pimento peppers, drained
  • 150 g - sliced Mushrooms
  • 1/2 pound - processed cheese
  • How to Make Chicken Spaghetti:

    1. Cook pasta in a large pot of boiling water until done.
    2. Saute onion, celery, and bell pepper in oil until tender.
    3. In a 9 x 13 inch baking pan, combine saute mixture with chicken, cooked spaghetti, soup, olives, pimentos, and mushrooms.
    4. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes.
    5. Slice cheese, place evenly across top of casserole, and bake until cheese is melted. Cool and serve.
