Ingredients

  • 1 cup skinless chicken pieces, boiled
  • 1/2 cup small baby corn pieces, boiled
  • 1/4 cup sprouted moong
  • 1/4 cup sprouted brown chickpeas
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 3 tbsp- French dressing
  • 1/2 tbsp cumin seed powder
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp fresh cream
  • 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 3-4 lettuce leaves
  • Pepper as per taste
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Chicken Sprout Salad

  • Mix all the ingredients except lettuce leaves and French dressing.
  • Spread lettuce leaves in a salad dish.
  • Put the salad on it.
  • Top it with French dressing and serve.
