How to Make Chicken Stew with Coconut Milk

  • First fry ginger and garlic and then big onions and green chillies.
  • Add coriander, chillies, garam masala, and turmeric powder and fry.
  • After frying, add one tomato and saute a little.
  • Then add chicken pieces and stir on low flame for 2 to 3 minutes.
  • After that, add a little coconut milk diluted with boiling water and salt.
  • When it starts boiling, add potato and after 5 minutes, add a tomato and boil.
  • When the chicken gets cooked, add thick coconut milk and simmer on medium flame.
  • When a foam forms on the surface, stop fire.
  • Finally, fry mustard, small onions, coriander, and curry leaves and add to the chicken stew.
