Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup - long grain Rice
  • Leftover Chicken tikka along with veggies
  • Handful of - spring onions, separate the white and greens
  • 1 tbsp - Garlic chopped
  • 1/8 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp - Olive oil
  • Sauces
  • 1 tsp - Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - Red Chilli sauce
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp - chilli Garlic sauce.
  • How to Make Chicken tikka fried rice:

    1. Heat oil in a pan on high flame, saute garlic for 2 to 3 mins, add white spring onions, fry for 2 mins
    2. Add the tikka with vegetables from the skewers, fry for a min.
    3. Pour the sauces and when it begins to bubble, add the green spring onions, rice and pepper powder and toss.
    4. Fry for 2 to 3 mins
