Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - Chicken
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 1 - tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 1.5 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Garam Masala
  • How to Make Chicken varattiyathu:

    1. Pressure cook the chicken with all the above ingredients.
    2. Heat oil in a kadai and add curry leaves and crushed garlic.
    3. Add cooked chicken mixture to it and saute well till the water is completely absorbed.
