Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 1 - tomato, sliced
  • 2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 2 - green chillies
  • 1.5 tbsp - red chilli powder
  • 1 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 1/2 tsp - garam masala

How to Make Chicken varattiyathu

  • Pressure cook the chicken with all the above ingredients.
  • Heat oil in a kadai and add curry leaves and crushed garlic.
  • Add cooked chicken mixture to it and saute well till the water is completely absorbed.
