Ingredients

  • 1 kg - chicken, cut into eight pieces
  • Salt
  • 2.5 - tsp - Lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 40 g - ground Garlic
  • 40 g - ginger, ground
  • 10 g - Garam Masala (ground cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, peppercorn and cumin seeds)
  • 10 g - cashew nuts, ground
  • 1/4 cup - oil
  • 2 sprigs - coriander leaves, chopped.

How to Make Chicken with Coriander Leaves

  • Cut the chicken into eight pieces.
  • Now marinate the chicken with salt, lemon juice and turmeric powder in a bowl and keep aside.
  • Grind the spices and other ingredients together into a fine paste. Rub the chicken with this paste.
  • Keep aside 1 hour.
  • Then heat oil and fry the chicken on both the sides until slightly brown.
  • Now add the remaining ingredients and cook for 3 to 4 mins.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
