Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breast pieces and legs
  • 100 to 200 gms - Plums
  • 100 gms - Almonds
  • 25 gms - Butter
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • 8 ounce - water/chicken stock
  • 1.5 tsp - Lemon flavored pepper
  • Saffron - 1 pinch
  • 1 Cinnamon bar
  • 1 or 2 chopped Onions
  • 1 tbsp - sesame seeds
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Chicken with Plum and Almonds:

    1. Fry chicken pieces golden brown in butter.
    2. Season with lemon-flavoured pepper and salt.
    3. Ground saffron, dissolve it in warm water and add to the port.
    4. Add cinnamon.
    5. Turn the pieces in the stock so they get beautifully yellow.
    6. Add chopped onion, and let simmer under lid.
    7. Add stone-free plums and honey.
    8. Fry sesame seeds and skinned almonds in a dry pan and strew to deco the food.
