How to Make Chicken with Plum and Almonds

  • Fry chicken pieces golden brown in butter.
  • Season with lemon-flavoured pepper and salt.
  • Ground saffron, dissolve it in warm water and add to the port.
  • Add cinnamon.
  • Turn the pieces in the stock so they get beautifully yellow.
  • Add chopped onion, and let simmer under lid.
  • Add stone-free plums and honey.
