  • 4 mud apples (chikoo) ripe
  • 500 ml - Milk or 1.5 liter Milk
  • 100 g - Sugar
  • 2 g - Corn flour
  • How to Make Chickoo Ice Cream:

    1. Boil the milk on high heat till it reduces to half its quantity.
    2. Make sure that the milk is reduced to exactly half the original quantity.
    3. Heat again on medium flame and mix sugar.
    4. Mix corn flour in a little cold milk and add it in the milk.
    5. Boil it well till it becomes thick. Close the gas.
    6. Cool the mixture and mix in the chickoo pulp and vanilla essence.
    7. Then put the mixture in a blender and blend on high speed 3 times after every second.
    8. Pour the mixture in ice cream moulds and keep it in the deep freezer till it sets.
    9. Churn and set it again.
    10. Remove when done and serve cold.
