Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Bundi
  • 2 cups - Butter milk or Curd
  • Salt and Pepper for taste
  • Chopped Coriander leaves
  • How to Make Chilled Bundi Raita:

    1. Mix salt and pepper and chopped coriander leaves to butter milk or curd and refrigerate it.
    2. While serving add Bundi to it.
    3. If the curd is thick add little water.
