Ingredients

  • 1/2 l - Milk
  • 1 tsp - cocoa powder
  • 2-3 tbsp - custard powder
  • 6 tbsp - Sugar

How to Make Chilled Chocolate Custard

  • Mix all the ingredients well (without lumps) and boil on medium flame.
  • When the mixture thickens, remove from the fire and leave at room temperature.
  • Spoon out into individual bowls and refrigerate for an hour. Serve chilled.
