  • 3/4 cup - fresh milk
  • 1 tbsp - corn flour
  • 1 cup - mango pulp
  • 2 packets - thick cream
  • 1 tin - sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 tbsp - rose water

How to Make Chilled Mango Kulfi

  • Mix milk with corn flour and the remaining ingredients - except rose water - in a saucepan.
  • Stir for 1 hour on gentle heat.
  • Add the rose water and mix, then pour the mixture into a medium size plastic glasses.
  • Place the glasses in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
  • Then remove it from the plastic glasses and serve.
