Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - fresh Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1 cup - Mango pulp
  • 2 packets - thick Cream
  • 1 tin - sweetened condensed Milk
  • 2 tbsp - rose water
  • How to Make Chilled Mango Kulfi:

    1. Mix milk with corn flour and the remaining ingredients - except rose water - in a saucepan.
    2. Stir for 1 hour on gentle heat.
    3. Add the rose water and mix, then pour the mixture into a medium size plastic glasses.
    4. Place the glasses in the freezer for 3-4 hours.
    5. Then remove it from the plastic glasses and serve.
