Ingredients

  • 2 cheese - cubes
  • 1 - Onion
  • 2 - Green chillies
  • 2 - bread slices
  • 8 - Curry leaves
  • 1 cup - gram flour
  • 1 tsp - Corn flour
  • A pinch - baking powder
  • A little - citric acid
  • 1/4 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • Oil for frying
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • How to Make Chilli Cheese Pakoras:

    1. Finely chop the onion and chillies.
    2. Cut cheese and bread into small cubes.
    3. Mix all the ingredients in besan and make a thick batter using water.
    4. Heat oil in a pan and deep fry all pakoras until they turn brown.
    5. Serve with sauce or chutney.
