  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (of your flavour)
  • 1 cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 onion, sliced
  • 4 round buns, halved and buttered
  • 4 cheese slices
  • 1/4 kg chicken, skinned and deboned, boiled and minced
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp plain flour
  • Salt as per taste
  • 1/4 cup boiled peas
  • Oil for frying

How to Make Chilli Chicken Burgers

  • Mix all the patties ingredients except oil. Make 4 big burgers.
  • Heat oil and deep fry the patties till golden brown. Drain and keep aside.
  • On 4 halve buns, layer tomato slices, evenly.
  • Put 4 burgers in each halved buns.
  • Top it with cucumber slices and then onion slices.
  • Put cheese slices on top of it.
  • Spread mayonnaise on the remaining 4 halved buns (inner side).
  • Put these buns on the cheese slices.
  • Wrap the buns in foil.
  • Warm in oven at 450 degrees F for 10 minutes.
  • Serve with French fries and lettuce leaves.
