Ingredients

  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • Onion - 1, medium-sized
  • Ghee - 3 tbsp
  • Red Chilli powder - 2 tsp
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Chilli Doodh Ka Salan:

    1. Heat oil and fry the chopped onion until golden brown. Add chilli powder and cook over low heat for a while taking care not to burn it.
    2. Add milk and salt and cook for 5-6 minutes. Serve with roti.
