  • 1/2 kg - boneless chicken (diced)
  • 10 - green chillies
  • 2 sprigs - curry leaves
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - raw cumin
  • 1/2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tbsp - white vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - garam masala
  • A little - soya sauce
  • Coriander leaves
  • Salt

How to Make Chilli Ginger Chicken

  • Put a wide non stick pan on the stove.
  • Add chicken and add slit green chillies, curry leaves, whole cumin, white vinegar, ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, salt and soy sauce.
  • Put the lid on and leave it for 15 minutes, stir occasionally.
  • Keep stirring till all the liquid disappears. Then add oil and lower the flame and cook, stirring occasionally, till they become crispy.
  • As you are stirring you can add more oil if you think it is sticking to the pan.
  • When you think the chicken is crispy enough add all the other powders and coriander leaves.
  • Mix it well for a while.
  • Take the pan off the fire or switch off the flame.
