Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - tender ladyfingers
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder

How to Make

  • Wash the whole ladyfingers and dry them well.
  • Cut into rings discarding the ends.
  • Mix with Chilli powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry on low heat till the lady's finger turn golden brown and crisp.
