Ingredients

  • 2 cups - diced Chicken
  • 1 tsp - pepper powder
  • 2 tbsp - cornflour
  • 1/2 cup - fat
  • 2 - Egg whites
  • 1 - onion, sliced
  • 1 tbsp - Vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper
  • 2 tbsp - water
  • 1 tsp - chopped Ginger
  • 1 tsp - Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 1 cup - boiled vegetables of your choice
  • How to Make Chinese Chicken Fry:

    1. Boil chicken; dip pieces in beaten egg whites, roll in a mixture of pepper and cornflour, and deep fry in hot oil.
    2. Make a paste with water, vinegar, soya sauce, cornflour, salt, and pepper.
    3. Heat oil and fry the onions, and ginger.
    4. When onions become transparent, add the vegetables and fry for a minute.
    5. Add the chicken and then mix in the cornflour paste.
    6. Heat through, stirring all the while.
    7. Serve with rice.
