  • 1 liter Milk
  • 11 to 12 tbsp Sugar (or as per taste)
  • 8 tsp cocoa powder
  • 12 tsp custard powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 4 tsp drinking chocolate powder
  • few chopped Walnuts (to garnish)
  • How to Make Chocalate Custard:

    1. Keep aside 1/4 cup milk and boil the rest
    2. Add sugar
    3. To the 1/4 cup of milk kept aside add custard powder, cocoa powder and drinking chocolate powder
    4. Mix well
    5. Ensure that there are no lumps
    6. Add this mixture to the boiling milk while stirring all the time
    7. Once the custard thickens pour in small individual bowls and garnish with chopped walnuts
    8. Allow to chill before you serve
