  • 1 packet - Britannia Marie Gold biscuits
  • 2.5 tbsp - Milk
  • 1 cup - chocolate powder
  • 1.5 cups - confectioners' Sugar (depending upon taste)
  • 1 cup - Butter
  • 1 cup - Coconut powder
  • Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Choco Rolls:

    1. Preparation for filling:
    2. Take coconut powder, sugar and butter in a large bowl. Mix it very well.
    3. Add cardamom powder in it.
    4. Grind Marie Gold biscuits in a mixie. Sieve biscuit flour.
    5. Add chocolate powder and mix small quantity of milk and make a smooth dough.
    6. Make round rolls with dough.
    7. Roll it like a chapatti ( the chapatti should be thick).
    8. Make a thin layer of filling mixture in it.
    9. Now roll the chapatti to make a roll filled with coconut powder.
    10. Now place the rolls in the freezer for 30 mins.
    11. Take out rolls from freeze, cut it and serve cold.
